Cost of attending University of Mary Hardin-Baylor increases for all students in 2022-23 school year

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor reported a 1.4% tuition increase for the 2022-23 school year, based on the most recent disclosure, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics.

Students enrolled at the four-year private not-for-profit university paid $31,950 this year, up $450 from the $31,500 charged during the 2021-22 academic year.

Approximately 95% of the undergraduate student body at the university are residents of Texas, while around 5% come from other states.

Data indicates that all full-time undergraduates who began their studies at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2022-23 received some form of student financial aid. A total of 741 students were awarded grants or scholarships amounting to $11.3 million, and 490 students borrowed over $3.9 million in student loans.

Across the entire undergraduate population, 2,879 students received grants or scholarships totaling $42.6 million. Additionally, 1,928 students took out federal student loans totaling $13.1 million.
