Texas residents paid $3,720 to attend the two-year public college this year, an increase of $150 from the $3,570 charged in the 2021-22 academic year.
Non-resident students were charged $7,500 for the 2022-23 school year, which is 101.6% higher than the in-state tuition. This represents a 0.8% increase from the $7,440 fee in 2021-22.
Approximately 67% of the undergraduate student body at Central Texas College are Texas residents, while about 32% come from other states.
Data indicates that 78% of full-time undergraduates who enrolled in 2022-23 received some form of financial aid. Among them, 286 students were awarded grants or scholarships totaling $1.5 million, and 100 students obtained student loans amounting to more than $558,000.
Across all undergraduates, 3,011 students received grants or scholarships totaling $11.9 million. Additionally, 988 students borrowed a combined total of $5.9 million in federal student loans.
