Killeen Police arrested nine suspects, who included two members of the military, in a child prostitution sting on Aug. 8.

The two-day operation partnered the Killeen Police Department Special Victim’s Unit and the Texas Department of Public Safety Human Trafficking Program. They sought subjects who tried to pay minors to engage in sexual acts, the Killeen Police Department said in a release.

“These agreements were for fees that included money, drugs and/or alcohol,” Killeen Police said in the release.

Seven felony prostitution charges and two misdemeanor prostitution charges were made, and two guns were confiscated, the release said.

Charged with felony prostitution under 18 were: Anthony Xavier Antwon, 25, of Fort Hood; Timmy Jones Jr., 30, of Fort Hood; Javier Perez, 40, of Austin; Brian Harley Flynn, 21, of Temple; Brandon Anthony Lee, 25, of Killeen; Dustin Edward Johnson, 42, of Lott; and Shaun Paul Moore, 39, of Kempner.

Antwon and Jones are soldiers in the U.S. Army.

Both Rakeem Jamal Nelson, 28, of Killeen, and Pierre Jean, 32, of Killeen, were charged with Class A Prostitution.
