City of Harker Heights issued the following announcement on Dec. 24.
Harker Heights City Hall will be closed for the New Year's Holidays from 12:00 noon to 5:00 pm Thursday, Dec. 31st and 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Friday, Jan. 1st. Normal business hours will resume Monday, Jan. 4th.
