How many students were enrolled in Priority Charter Schools in 2021-22 school year?

There were 836 students enrolled in Priority Charter Schools in the 2021-22 school year, 1.2% less than the previous year, according to the Texas Education Agency.

Of all the students welcomed in the 2021-22 school year, 52.6% of them were boys, and 47.4% were girls.

The most represented ethnicity among Priority Charter Schools students was white, accounting for 37.8% of the student population.

Priority Charter Schools roughly covers schools within Bell County with its main office in Morgans Point Resort.

Among the four schools in Priority Charter Schools, Temple Charter Academy recorded the highest enrollment of 310 students in the 2021-22 school year.

Texas is found to be one of the least-educated states in the U.S. A study from WalletHub ranked Texas 41st out of 50 states in terms of the quality of the educational system and how successful students were.

More than 5.4 million students are enrolled in public schools across Texas. Nearly one million of them live in rural areas where options for local public schools are few and far between.
